bulletis of a different locomotive (cab roof & pilot supports are different).
bulletshould be dated about 1880/81 rather than 1883 (construction train, different season).
bulletis of a D&RG train (car lettering, "Baldwin" look to locomotive, fact that D&RG operated two daily passenger trains between Nathrop and Alpine (Fisher) until December of 1881, as part of the joint operating agreement).
